David I. Bavar, President, founded the company in 1993 after 22 years as a Principal and Co-Founder at KLNB (Kayne Levin, Neilson and Bavar), a commercial real estate brokerage firm.

David is active in a variety of community organizations, serving on the board of directors of the Asolo Reperatory Theater in Sarasota, Florida and previously on the board of Goucher College of Maryland. He is member of the Bayfront Planning committee in Sarasota. Past involvement includes Catholic Charities of Baltimore and Associated Jewish Charities of Baltimore. His professional affiliations include SIOR (Society Industrial Office Realtors) and NAIOP (National Association Industrial and Office Properties). He is a past recipient of the Maryland Chapter NAIOP Lifetime Achievement Award. David is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert A. Bavar, Vice President, joined the company in 1995 and oversees acquisition, development and leasing. Rob has led the company in new directions with multi-family developments and self-storage facilities. He is a past president of the Baltimore Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and involved nationally. He is a board member of the McDonogh School of Maryland. Rob is a former trustee of Northwest Hospital of Baltimore. He is a graduate of Bucknell University.

Together, they have more than 6 decades of industry experience and are active members of SIOR, NAIOP, BOMA and ICSC.
